Return policy and process

Survbot sells digital credits only. No physical goods are shipped.

Because there are no physical items, return shipping and physical return steps do not apply.

Refund and dispute policy

If you see an accidental or duplicate charge, email support within 14 days.

Unused credits from that charge can be refunded to the original payment method.

Credits already used are not refundable, except where required by law.

If a card dispute is opened, we will review account and payment records and reply through email.

Cancelation policy

Credits are pay-as-you-go. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.

You can stop future charges at any time by not starting a new top-up checkout.

Legal or export restrictions

You may not use Survbot in any way that breaks export, sanctions, or trade laws that apply to you.

Service access may be limited in restricted regions or for prohibited end uses.

Terms and conditions of promotions

Standard price is 0.02 per credit in the checkout currency unless a promotion clearly states a different price.

Promo offers are optional and may have start dates, end dates, and account limits.

Unless a promo says otherwise, promo credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

Only one promo offer can be used per purchase unless the promo terms clearly allow stacking.
